KACHIU (“we”) handles the personal information entrusted to us with care. This English translation is provided for reference; in case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
Information we collect
Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message. When you place an order, we also collect your delivery address, telephone number and payment information.
How we use it
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Replying to and contacting you about your enquiries
- Shipping orders, processing payment and contacting you about your order
- Informing you about KACHIU products and activities
Disclosure to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access to, and loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of, personal information.
Access, correction and deletion
If you ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop using your personal information, we will confirm your identity and respond promptly in accordance with the law.
